課程概述 |
This course covers strategic planning for information needs and management of priorities. It also describes how information technology systems can be used a competitive tools through analyzing the company’s organizational structure/culture in the context of the company’s industry. |

課程目標 |
The course aims to examine the role of information systems in assisting achievement of corporate objectives, and to consider methods for strategic and tactical planning of information systems. |
